Trace is an Institutional Memory Tool designed to prevent knowledge loss within professional environments. The software captures, summarizes, and indexes professional context—including meeting transcripts, clipboard snippets, and file metadata—to ensure a company's collective intelligence remains accessible and organized.

Trace operates on a 'Local-First' model. We do not have access to your unencrypted data. We do not sell data or use your private information to train public AI models.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. We commit to providing at least 14 days' notice via the app dashboard before any significant changes to data privacy or usage rules take effect.
If you do not agree to future changes, you have the right to export all your data in JSON/CSV format and delete your account before the new terms apply.
Trace is provided 'As-Is'. The developer is not liable for data loss, legal disputes resulting from unauthorized recording, or any indirect damages. Liability is capped at the total amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
